As Henry suggests, start with the home centers like Lowes, Home Depot, Heckingers, etc., etc.. I recently purchased solid oak doors from a company on Long Island (far from CA) called Super Millwork. Home Depot in my area in SE PA gets doors from them, among others. BUT, before I decided to go with Super Millwork (via Home Depot because Super Millwork wouldn't work w/me directly), I was talking to a company out your way called Feather River Door! Go to their WEB site and click the Enter URL at the bottom of their home page. You can contact them directly, or if you have a Home Depot in near where you live, they may work with them. My Home Depot did work with them. As I mentioned, Feather River was willing to 'cut out the middleman'.

My best to ya and hope this helps.
