I read your other Follow-ups and I'm sorry to read that you've signed papers already. I think that NOW is definitely the time to get that attorney if you don't already have one.
Friable Asbestos in the home MAY be sufficient cause to get out of the contract. (This is where an attorney may be able to make a case.) I'm thinking that it's pretty-much-a-law that, today, a Seller must remove the asbestos in the home BEFORE they sell as part of the inspection that's done when the home goes to market. Now, the bad news might be that, depending on where the home is, you might be out of luck if you live in, ... say, a County (vs. a town or city.)
