Now, assuming the seal is good, sure, you can try to air out the room. However, it's going to be a looooong haul to air out a floor that's kinda 'sealed' under tile. If you can see the floor from down below, perhaps putting your nose to it might add more insight. Spraying Lysol will only 'mask' the odor and add 'moisture' to the problem. IF there happens to be a contiguous feeding of 'moisture' (usually from below), your odor may never go away. BUT, assuming what's down below is essentially dry, go ahead and try drying the floor out.
