I will say this - If you like the look, it will wear. As with any other flooring, it will wear and you will notice it. However, hardwood flooring you can refinish, PERGO you can replace, vinyl sheets or tile you can replace, carpeting you can replace. With this 'stuff', if you see it wearing a lot, you'll have to do 'something' to mitigate the wear, like laying a rug down or something. It's just something to think about beyond how it looks 'right now'.
