Any home with high humidity(+70%RH) for weeks will develop a mold problem. A restored home with a whole house dehumidification system and a heavy discount may be an finacial opportunity for a family that's not sensitive to molds. Restoration means the cleanup or removal of all mold growth. To prevent mold growth in any home the relative humidity should be 50%RH. In climates that have green grass through summer, a dehumidifier is necessary.
