i feel the need to say somethind about the mold issue. i am a semi retired cont/ specilized in bathroom renovs/ 35+yrs. i wouldn't know how to address chris's thoughts on weather, except to say i dont think it's a big factor, & not to dwell on it. like moderator steve say's, we don't control the weather. but, on tearing out b/r's we encounter mold every time, it was never a problem untill attorneys(laywers} got involved. you will find most cases of mold in shower stalls with tilled walls & floors, especilly with no shower pan. it is a favorite way for track home builders to save money in texas, & it doesn't matter what price home. i do think that newer homes are wraped too tight, & need o/s air to a/c/h units, which they are starting to do.didn't mean to ramble on. & nice work on xxx, keep em out.
