My house is 6 years old with plenty of insulation in the attic. It has ridge venting and soffit venting but I discovered a lot of moisture in the attic. The whole underside of all the roof sheathing is wet along with the trusses. It is enough to cause a slight drip into a smoke detector in the ceiling.(actually setting it off)
This is how I discovered the water.
I was told I need a fresh air intake installed on my furnace. Do you think this is the reason for my problem??? HELP!!!
