you could also get condensation from the walls in spring and fall. And summer if you don't have air conditioning that you circulate in the basement. This may cause mildew and mold to ruin lots of stuff. I don't think you will have a problem in the winter if the basement is heated. You could buy a humidity gauge. If you think moisture will be a problem, but a dehumidifier. You can check for moisture coming through the floor by taping down a 1 foot square of plastic but if you just had it sealed it should be OK
