Modular home with seams

Hi Chris
Sorry to sound pessimistic, but the reason the walls have seams is because they are not strong enough to support the weight of drywall, so they use usually a vinyl clad fiberboard or a pressed and tempered hardboard, often precovered with wall paper. Anything you put in the joints between these boards will crack and eventually fall out.

Best bet will be to put battens over the joints. You can get creative here, as there is no set design for a batten....its a matter of personal taste.
