minimum distance from wall to center of toilet flange

I'm finishing off my basement on a new house and putting a powder room in it. During house construction, the builder put in the waste lines for the toilet and the sink (buried under the concrete floor) and I have two PVC pipes sticking up from the floor. What is the minimum distance necessary from the center of the toilet's waste line (where the flange will be) to the back wall. I'm pretty sure the builder allowed for 2x4 wall studs and 1/2" drywall but I want to be sure before I start this project in case I need to move the wall in a bit to deal with obstructions.

Thanks
