Hi Randy. You may have solved your mildew problem by now, but just in case - I solved a similar problem by using a scrub brush and a strong solution of TSP (Tri-sodium Phosphate)- available at hardware and paint stores, a washover of Dettol (a disinfectant available in small amounts in pharmacies and large amounts through medical suppliers) and a repainting job. Make sure the walls have had a chance to dry thoroughly and use a good quality primer first (Benjamin Moore's Fresh Start worked for me). You may need to solve the moisture problem that caused the mildew for a long term solution. Good luck. Michelle
