"The condensation problem is getting better" is the key. If your windows have any condensation, increase the fresh air ventilation until the condensation is reduced to the point where it does not drip on the sills. Cracking a couple windows will clear the condensation short term until the home is dried. If it comes back, you need a simple fresh air ventilation on a routine basis.
