might consider replacing the blade brackets with a new set

I replaced the complete set of blades with blades off another fan with similar metal compoents that the mounting holes lined up perfectly on the motor on my Hunter fan and that corrected the imbalance problem on my fan. you can buy new blades or blade and bracket combinations or just new brackets too at most hardware stores. the problem is that your current blades have gotten bent up or down slightly and cause them to be unevenly pitched..so a new set of blades/brackets should fix that. this could still be kind or costly 20 to 30 dollars perhaps...If it doesnt work take the purchased parts back with a receipt and get your money back.
