Hi Bob! Really enjoy watching you share your experience with us viewers. We recently repainted our metal double doors to the front entrance. We went fron a cream color to a rose-red inside and out. We first applied a primer and left dry for a day. We then applied a a coat of the new color in and out. Streak........We invested in new more expensive brushes since we knew a 2nd coat would be needed. We painted the second coat on the inside of the house first. Still not smooth. Since the weather has been cold, we have been reluctant in painting the outside. Should we have sprayed the doors instead? Is the weather too cold to paint? Please advise. The holidays have passed and have more time but the doors look terrible! It was my idea to change the color so I can't complain too much! ha
