I have a new 18x20 metal carport and am having it closed in to use as a storage shed.
I plan to have a cement slab floor with wooden sides and doors. It will be insulated and have windows. This will have to be done in stages as i am unable to do it all at once. I have contractors doing most of the work.
What should i be watching for during this process.
I know there should be gravel, a ground cloth and rebar in/under the slab.
Before the sides go on would it be ok to put a ground cloth down with pallets on top as a temporary floor. The ground will be leveled and drainage provided for.
