I returned the bits and an open video with out a problem so I was very happy with there cust service. I then used the smaller bit to cut an edge on 1" oak and it did hacked it up kick back and left an poor uneven edge, I could of used multiple passes and cut less wood and it may have been fine. I then loaded a CMT bit and one pass no kick back and a clean cut. I am going to buy CMT from now on. I think the MCLS bits are ok, especially on soft wood but it's not worth the trouble for me.
