I don't know if this is a good idea or not.....but, what about that decopage epoxy that Henry in MI refered to (6/29/00). This is the stuff you find on resturant tables a lot. You could sand the surface and clean the gaps and pour in the epoxy. Then finish the floor. Would this be to expensive? Would it hold in the gaps? Would it be slippery? Just a thought.......
