I am selling a house with Masonite Omniwood siding. The inspector found a rotted board on the house and now we have found out that there are many lawsuite going on due to problems with the siding. We had our house built in 1996.
Can you advise me as to how we should proceed? Does the entire house have to be resided or should only the defective boards be replaced? As a home seller, can we be liable if there are problems down the road?
