The radius corner can be trimmed in baseboard, chair rail or crown. Think of the radius as a transition piece. The corner consists of two pieces approaching at 90 degrees, and a small piece set at 45 degrees on the radius. We usually cut a 22-1/2 degree angle in the piece comming into the corner and join a 1-inch to 1-1/2" piece with 22-1/2 degree corners and leave the corner with another 22-1/2 degree corner.
