BC and Steve,
Thank you for your suggestions. My wife wanted 8" high from the cement floor but both of you said as I had, to bring the floor up to the highth of the main house.
There are already electrical outlets in place its just a matter of lowering them to a desired highth. I have 5 outlets but will increase to 8 or 9.
As for the plumbing, that should not be too difficult since the laundry room is right there along with the water heater which I intend replace from 55 gal. to 75 gal. or more. The master bath will be right next to the laundry room. My biggest concern is the septic system. We currently have a septic tank but the city is supposed to Annex this area in a couple of years (what a mess that will be).
Thanx for the info! I will keep in touch and let you if I run into any further problems.--Yes this will be done in my spare time, what little I have being a Heavy-duty Wrecker Operator.
Take care and drive safe.
