In the meantime, no, I don't have any experience w/this. Do you have the Operation Manual or Repair Manual? I know that Kenmore probably charges $20/hour or something to do 'telephone support'. Other than contacting the Retailer where you bought it, I'm at a loss. Do consider post your question a-new.
