I have a lindsay sense-a-tronic softener that does not take water from the brining tank.I have checked all tubes and have tested all the cycles and seems to work fine but will not take water from the brine tank.during this cycle i removed the tubes to check water flow and made sure water could flow into tank,which it could.i have been working on this for some time and have run the softener many times,could the softener think the water is soft therefore not wanting to make anymore or is there something else i can check.i also checked the valve and took it apart.originally i found some dirt in the upper parts of the valve but have cleaned it out and now seems to work fine.thank you.
