I just read the posts from July 2000 about leveling a mobile home and they didn't really answer my questions. My problem is I have a 30 year old mobile home that is very unlevel. It seems to slant at an angle starting at the front and then ending in one corner in the back. It also seems to bow toward the middle in some rooms. The previous owners did a lot of drywalling to it (i.e., most of the ceilings, one whole room, and a few other walls through out).
Is leveling it going to cause the drywall to crack or my ceiling to fall in? In some places, it looks like it needs to be leveled about three inches.
