Taking a wild guess without knowing local costs, etc, I am going to take a SWAG:
About 8yds Concrete = about $600
8hrs loader backhoe work with operator = $400
2 men 8 hours, set forms, etc. = $250
Gravel, 15 ton, $10/ton = $150
Truck, landfill fees, etc. = $300
4 men 4 hours to pour and finish = $300
2 men 2 hours to cut expansion joints = $100
2 men 2 hours clean up = $60
top soil, seed, misc. = $200
+ 50% for misc, profit margin etc. = $1180
Total = $3540
I would guess that $3500 to $4500 would be a reasonable cost.
