Lennox Furnace Probs too...

Same thing... I first noticed it in the winter, every once in a while, it needed a 'cold boot' (kill the power for a minute and turn back on). Worked fine...

This spring, I had problems when I tried the AC. Same thing... Just for grins, I changed out the thermostat (old 'round' style) to a digital one. Everything worked great for a long time... now, yesterday, it acted up again. Interesting thing... the digital thermostat even displayed that the system was 'on' when it was not. Obviously not the thermostats problem!

I will check the grounding as mentioned in the previous notes. That pc board (in the furnace) looks amazingly simple... what could go wrong? Perhaps a sticky relay? Anyone know a good source to buy a new board or new relays?
