We built our home in 1999, moved in May of 2000. Our Vetter casement windows lasted until 2005 until they started leaking during hard driving rains. I have been around and around in circles with the Vetter people, and they've been ALMOST NO HELP AT ALL. I have to run around my house checking for leaks and wiping down the windows each time there's a hard driving rain so the wood doesn't get damaged. Just rained last night and had to go through the whole drill again. It's ridiculous. I'm contacting Vetter AGAIN, but I'm sure I will get no response. I haven't noticed any rotting yet, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time…
