My son-in-law has a two story face brick house built in 1922.When rain comes from certain directions, the walls will leak copious amounts of water. I do not mean seep. This can also be duplicated by use of a hose directed to these areas of the house.
To eleminate possibility of other sources, the house has been tuckpointed ,new roof, flashings etc.
I have talked with experts in all fields. They cannot believe that water pours through the walls under certain conditions. Have any of you seen such a codition? Can you help?
