Once you have check ed to see that you have lead paint on your walls and trim you have three good options. One is replacement which is very costly. The flat surfaces ie plaster walls cambe coated with a good lead encapsulant product. The trim around the doors and windows are friction areas so they should be stripped of the lead paint.
