well i do driveway sealing for a living ...
the latax based sealer will only last for one
year and will make your driveway crack....
the oil is better but the stuff i use is
a liquid asphalt.....which will last 3 years
getting your driveway sealed within 6 months of a new driveway and every 3 years after that will make your driveway last a long time...
the price of getting it done is 10 cents a sqfoot
but the cost of sealer for us is about 2-3 cents a sq foot so the price can vary..
some people thin out the sealer by adding gas which will only make the sealer last about 1 year... u can't really trust the driveway sealers....i'm a honest sealer and tell all my customers the truth
