laminate vs. wood flooring

I recently installed Wilsonart wood laminate flooring throughout my new house. It has been a disaster. I can't complain about scratches, it is wonderful but moisture is the "kiss of death". The statement of wiping up a spill immediately is just not possible. I had a dog that was sick while I was gone and the flooring waffled. I overwatered a plant. It didn't show up immediately - the floor waffled. I have a dog water dish on a mat and two towels and the floor is waffled. This began to happen one week after I moved in. I have since talked to people who work at the plant here in the town where I live and they have all said they wouldn't have it. Unfortunately, I read some of these postings before I made my decision and wish now I hadn't. Any produce is only as good as your own experience.
