Laminate vs. the Real thing.

If you are concerned about moisture, then laminate
would be ideal, Pine,(deal/softwood) does move thats
normal, so you will get gaps between the joints even
when the timber is pulled up tight.
If you go for a laminateted floor then get the best
quality, you will pay a lot more, but, you will get
good service from it. cheap stuff looks ok for a while
but may give you problems later.
If you are putting down the pine floor, dont glue the
edges,if you put down laminate then glue the underside
of the panel, this way the glue will not creep up between
the joint.
