I have a kohler faucet in the shower that is leaking. I noticed that the right angle, single handle water fixture is loose.

I cannot turn the water completely off. The handle is loose and I am concerned if I force it, it will strip the gasket inside and worsen the leak.

There is a cap which is removeable and under it, a phillips head screw under the apex of the lever angle. The background of the fixture is rounded and flush against the shower wall. The house is just four years old by the way.

How can I repair the handle and tighten the fiure to shut off the constant leaking?
