I thought all you gals were issued the instruction sheet that said that almost every problem can be solved with baking soda, vinegar or club soda. We guys get the list that has duct tape and Bondo. In this case, start with white vinegar. Sprinkle it around suspected areas. Let the basement air for a day and use a fan to pull the smell out, if possible. If that doesn't work, then sprinkle a box or 2 of baking soda in the same areas and sweep or vacuum it up in an hour or 2. If that doesn't work, you pet store has an enzyme solution that will. But if all of these don't work, you are treating the wrong areas. Our cats manage to find some weird areas to nap in, including over the suspended ceilings, so keep looking/smelling.
