kitchen remodeling

Do you remember me? I'm the person wanting to "be the next *** ****." I have to say thank you for your advice and I plan to slow down. Well all this talk about wanting to totally remodel my home have scared my husband into agreeing to a new kitchen providing I use a professional. However, I get to rip out the kitchen cabinets and the floor. He figures the professional can fix any mistakes I make. I went to Home Depot and walked around for 2 hours like a kid in a candy store. Well I'm a little excited and scared. My question is how should I go about taking out the fan over the stove, the dishwasher and the sink with the garbage disposal? Should I leave that for the floor installers? Should I call a plumber and/or an electrician? Also, what are the best tools to use? Thanks for your advice in advance.
