Kitchen line in Basement Floor

I think my kitchen line in my basement floor is broken. When I run the kitchen sink, water bubbles along the wall and the floor on the adjacent wall. It also has started to smell like sewer gas. I have a sump pump, but it looks dry. I have had a few plumbers look at the problem and no one really wants to get involved. Is this a major problem? What are my options?
