When moving my kenmore into my house, we had to take the doors off of the hinges to get it through the doors. While going up the steps, the fridge shfted and the freezer door (which we could not take all the way off) fell onto the water hose going into the door - slicing through the hose. We do not know how to take the door off to get to the hose, or how to take the hose out to replace it. Needless to say, we don't even know which hose we need to order. Now, we are moving to a new house, and I would like to actually be able to use the features I paid for. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
