Hi, Joe. There are numerous door stops that require moving them before the door can be closed. Hardware stores have rubber V-shaped blocks made for this. You can use cement garden figures like small frogs or other real or imagined creatures. You can get a brick and sew a cover for it out of fabric. I don't recall seeing door hinges with springs for a full sized door but they might be available. Also, I don't know of a way to play with normal hinges to prevent this but I will bet that your door jamb is out of plumb. You might want to fix this if you are doing a remodel.
