In reply to Follow-up, I misread some facts by tomh on April 23rd, 2003 06:33 PM [Go to top of thread] excuses for failures when someone doesn't want to admit they are at fault or don't know why something failed...(just my opinion).

I strongly agree with TomH's caulking suggestions as to product use, but would sure like to see someone else take a look at this skylight, too, as most skylights are not designed to rely that strongly on a metal-to-glass caulk job for resistance to leaking, and in some cases caulking areas that might look like potential leak points can actually cause leaking, etc.

There's a saying that goes "If you loan someone $20, and you never see them again, it was probably worth it." Duke, I think in this case I'd look for someone else to take care of my handyman projects.
