We just rec. our 2nd replacement matress (the last one directly from Simons) and all 3 smell. It is very frustrating! The 3rd one was just made at Simons for us (special run) and just received on Friday and it also smells. The Simmons people smelled it before shipping but it still smells. The Simmons Company has been very nice in my dealings and I believe are trying but it isn't right and I'm tired of doubting myself - whats the answer? Please help and notify me if you are experiencing the same problem Thank you.
