I am not a plumber but seems to me that the vent line would be best located between the toilet and the drain line for you washing machine. since those two areas would perform best would good ventilation paths to atmosphere for gravity assist on draining and flushing. we had a similar close arrangement of these three items in a half bath with laundry room that was added to our home in the past and that was where the plumbers installed our vent. Others more expert in plumbing design layout can throw in their 2 cents worth. the other thought is , perhaps you should get a plumber out to give you an free estimate for doing the work and get his opinion on where the vent should go.....
