I'm still waiting to hear of 1 Insurance Company that will 'fix' a claim that had to do with a carpet stain. Now, I'm not talking about a flooded home or a fire-damaged home. I think we're talking about a spilt glass of wine, if you know what I mean.
I want to talk to a company. In 40 years, you MUST have found out about 1 company that will pay (premium aside.) As far as telling your Customers that it's a shot, it's BEYOND a LONG shot from my homework. I don't see it happening.
Yes, I guess you can continue to have your Customers call their IC. And yes, it doesn't hurt. But if it ISN'T a 'shot', why recommend it? That's kinda where I'm coming from.
