you need to know if the water pressure out of the supply lines are low flow as well. to check this will involve closing the supply valve for either side, hot or cold then disconnecting from the sink faucet. the loose end in a deep bucket turn the supply valve back on and see if flow is normal or slow. if normal your faucet is clogged and needs to be cleaned out or replace. if the flow is low out of the supply line into the bucket you have a restricted pipe or shutoff valve. to troubleshoot these will require shutting off the supply valve to the whole house.
