Janitrol vs. All the others

In reply to Janitrol has a web site. But, I keep telling people to stear clear of junk by Ron on February 9th, 2000 04:24 PM [Go to top of thread]

It's funny. I have done research on all of the manufactures of furnaces starting from the top of the line, to the cheapest. If you go to any of the other furnace sites and read the feedback, you will hear the same complaints. From Lenox, Bryant, Rheem all the way to Janitrol, Goodman, American Standard etc. You either pay for a cadillac, which is more than twice as much, or you buy a Janitrol, for half the cost. I have had a Janitrol with no problems since Goodman remanufactured the heat exchanger. I would choose to save money and take my chances than to pay double and take my chances. Good luck to all with deep pockets.
