Installed a Janitrol furnace in my new house in 1998. The heat exchanger failed in 2002. Goodman Mfg replaced the part at no cost but I had to pay for labor. The new heat exchanger that Goodman sent failed after less than 1 year. I called Goodman and essentially they said it was my problem and would do nothing to rectify the situation. I must admit that in the summertime when the furnace is off, I have no problem with it. I do enjoy cleaning the water off my basement floor from condensation when the furnace was running.
