Had new Janitrol GMP 075-3 furnace installed in 1998. First week it stopped working. My installer said the sensor unit was dirty. Cleaned it and said he may have to replace if it continues. My labor warranty was 1 yr and parts on Janitrol 5 yr. It went out again a few months later. He then tried to charge me for cleaning the sensor unit. I have switched furnace services. Furnace goes out for no apparent reason. New furnace man says cleaned the sensor unit, thank you for $50. I do not beleive I should have this continued problem. Any ideas or ways to contact Janitrol regarding this?
