i been installing janitrol equipment on the side for 10 years. i have a 92% single pipe gas furnance w/ a u-49 coil and a 2-1/2 ton 13 seer condensing unit. it cut my fuel bill in 1/2 and my electric bill almost in 1/2. most of the guys i work with have them in there home. only had one ventor motor stuck, returned in warranty, no problem asked. one blower relay on a electic furnance, returned in warranty, replaced no problem, and a plug on the reversing valve came lose on another job tightened no problems. serial numbers tell the story. ask for referances, read your manuals, and remember warranty's are only as good as the company selling them!
