It's binding

When the weather cools, the ground moves the foundation a bit, and in turn moves the track slightly. The door is then binding. Two things that can be done. Either adjust the "close" setting on the opener to withstand greater pressure before reversing (if you're opener has this feature) or manually adjust the tracks. Watch the door and you should be able to see where it's binding and that's where the adjustment needs made. If you don't understand all this, you should have a pro do it otherwise you could get hurt with the torsion springs.
