It Depends On The Soil....

If you have a lot of sand or gravel fill under your slab, drilling holes can work to some degree. The problem is, after a period of time, the holes will silt up and stop draining.
A better solution is to cut a slot in the floor to install a drain and run the drain outside the garage into a drywell. Some communities don't allow this however.
