Greetings again,

You would probably change them about every ten years or so.

All you do is lift the two doors out of the track and cut to lenth the snap on tracks and snap them on then reinstall the doors.

The is no carpentry involved and I would change the wheels at the same time.

This is rental property and the doors are going to be abused. Why spend hundreds of dollars on new doors and the installation of them, only to have to change them before they need to be as well?

If everything else is fine with the doors, look into this option.

Give me a little time and I will ask the family business where we bought them from. (I'm still thinking, C. R. Lawrence).

The best way to describe them would be a small upside down stainless steel U and a larger upside down stainless steel V. You would only need the one type, depending on the brand of door you have.
