Isolated "Ground" Outlet

If this is what you're talking about, here's a few links to help. But first, an Isolated Ground Outlet simply means that it has it's own grounding circuit, separate from the common house ground that all other outlets (fixtures, etc) use. A good example would be using those plastic or plastic resin electrical boxes, and a separate circuit to ground (perhaps an additional grounding stake outside).
